Sometimes we all need a change. As professionals, we believe in a clients choice to try other SOZO stylists or colorists so don't feel uncomfortable if you want to try someone else. No one will be offended. In fact we encourage it.

Feel free to check out at anytime. If you’re in a rush or want to check out while your color is processing, our front desk can assist you. Just let us know.

Hot coffee, soft drinks, warm green tea, water, or a glass of wine are always complementary.

We invite you to bring in your laptop and connect to the web through our wireless router. Now we’re not just a hot spot for hair.
POLICIES
24 Hour Notice
We have a 24 Hour "Courtesy" Cancellation/Date Change Policy. When the unexpected arises please give us the courtesy of 24 hours to accommodate our waiting list. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a cancellation charge.
On Time Performance
It is our goal to keep to our schedule so Clients can keep to theirs. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make adjustments and advise you on whether we can give you your full service or must reschedule.
Parental Discretion Advised
Our salon is designed for a professional experience. We perform a focused service and our scissors, razors, hot irons and dryers can be dangerous to young people. For their safety, we please ask that you make provisions if possible for long appointments.
Allergic Reaction
Please notify our staff of any sensitivities or allergies you have.
